Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (France): 2-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days

Shipping Carriers

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- If a package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before reaching out.
Incorrect Address
